How is the fish delivered?
All our products are vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated cold-packs for delivery. We use a cold-chain courier network to ensure your fish arrives fresh.
How long does delivery take?
We run monthly deliveries across South Africa. Once you place your order, we will confirm your delivery date for that month's run.
Can I freeze the products?
Yes! All our products can be frozen directly in their vacuum packaging. Frozen products last up to 3 months and thaw beautifully in the fridge overnight.
Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for restaurants, caterers and regular bulk buyers. Contact us with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options like Mobicred and RCS — all via secure PayFast checkout.
What is your returns policy?
If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will resolve it — whether that means a replacement, refund or credit.
